By accessing or purchasing any program, product, or service offered by Soul Illuminary, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase or enrolment.

1. About Soul Illuminary

Soul Illuminary is a soul-centered personal development brand founded and operated by Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of soulilluminary.com and all associated program subdomains — including retreat.soulilluminary.com and the Netlify-hosted pages for the Path of Soul Remembrance™, The Soul Reclamation Journey™, and Sanctuary of the Illuminated Soul™ programs — and any associated digital products, courses, or resources (collectively, "the Services").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, completing a purchase, or participating in any Soul Illuminary program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services or make a purchase.

3. Services Offered

Soul Illuminary offers digital products and programs including, but not limited to:

Feel Like Yourself Again — 3-Day At-Home Retreat ($28 entry-level digital retreat)
Soul Illuminary Sanctuary™ — the overall transformational program and ascension container
Path of Soul Remembrance™ — Tier 1 of the Soul Illuminary Ascension Model
The Soul Reclamation Journey™ — Tier 2 of the Soul Illuminary Ascension Model
Sanctuary of the Illuminated Soul™ — Tier 3 of the Soul Illuminary Ascension Model
Online courses and self-study programs
Coaching and mentoring sessions
Live and pre-recorded group experiences
Downloadable resources and guided materials

All programs are delivered digitally via the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform and/or associated tools. Access details are provided by email following confirmed payment.

4. Payments & Pricing

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Soul Illuminary does not store your payment card information.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or card provider.

By completing a purchase, you authorise the transaction for the stated amount. All sales are final unless otherwise specified under Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

Digital Retreat ($28 — Feel Like Yourself Again): A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the first session of the program. To request a refund, email info@margitmuller.com with your order reference.

Path of Soul Remembrance™ (Tier 1), The Soul Reclamation Journey™ (Tier 2), and Sanctuary of the Illuminated Soul™ (Tier 3): Refund terms for these programs are stated individually at the point of purchase for each program. Unless a specific refund window is explicitly stated, all purchases are non-refundable once access to the program content has been granted.

Other Programs and Courses: Refund eligibility varies by program and will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Unless a specific refund window is stated, all other purchases are non-refundable once access to the program content has been granted.

Live or Time-Limited Experiences: No refunds are available for live sessions, workshops, or retreats that have already commenced.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@margitmuller.com. Processing time is up to 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Soul Illuminary programs and on our websites — including but not limited to text, audio, video, guided exercises, frameworks, and brand terminology — is the intellectual property of Soul Illuminary and Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller.

Proprietary concepts, program names, and terminology including Soul Illuminary™, Soul Illuminary Sanctuary™, Path of Soul Remembrance™, The Soul Reclamation Journey™, Sanctuary of the Illuminated Soul™, Unilluminated Soul Selves™, Echo-Timelines™, Light Embrace™, and Restored Soul Selves™ are protected and may not be reproduced, taught, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission.

Purchasing access to a program grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own development only. You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute program materials in any form
Screen-record, screenshot, or copy program content for distribution
Use Soul Illuminary frameworks or terminology in your own commercial offerings without a written licence
Reproduce any website content without prior written permission

7. User Conduct & Comments

Where the Services include community elements, comment sections, or group spaces, users agree to engage respectfully and lawfully. You warrant that any content you submit does not:

Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
Contain defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Soul Illuminary reserves the right to remove any content or revoke access from any participant who violates community standards.

8. Personal Development Disclaimer

Important: Soul Illuminary programs are personal development and soul-centered wellbeing experiences. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.

Nothing within any Soul Illuminary program should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek qualified professional support immediately.

By participating in any Soul Illuminary program, you acknowledge that results are individual and cannot be guaranteed. Your experience depends on your own engagement, circumstances, and readiness.

9. No Medical Claims

Soul Illuminary does not make medical or therapeutic claims. All program descriptions use language relating to personal growth, inner work, and emotional wellbeing in a personal development context only.

References to "feeling like yourself again," "soul remembrance," or similar language are metaphorical and experiential in nature — they do not constitute clinical outcomes or medical promises.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soul Illuminary and Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
Outcomes or results arising from participation in any program

Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program or product.
